Shawn M. Galloway
President, COO – ProAct Safety, Inc.

Shawn is a consultant, professional speaker and author of several bestselling books on safety strategy, culture, leadership and Behavior-Based Safety. He is a monthly columnist for several magazines and one of the most prolific contributors in the industry, having also authored over 500 podcasts, 200 articles and 100 videos. As President of the global consultancy, ProAct Safety, Shawn’s consulting clients include most of the best safety-performing organizations within every major industry.  He has received awards for his significant contributions from the American Society of Safety Professionals Council on Practices & Standards, listed in National Safety Council’s Top 40 Rising Stars and in the 2018 list of the Top 10 Speakers, EHS Today Magazine’s 50 People Who Most Influenced EHS and ISHN Magazine’s list of 50 Leaders for Today and Tomorrow.

Brian Oliver
VP Operations – ColdStream Energy

Brian has over 32 years in the midstream industry. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, he began his career in the San Juan basin of New Mexico providing engineering support to the operations teams managing growth and maintenance projects. Over the next 30 plus years, Brian has held multiple leadership positions with El Paso Natural Gas, Enterprise Products, Devon Energy, EnLink Midstream, and ColdStream Energy.  Having served in many key areas, including roles in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, and EHS, Brian has gained experience and understanding of the full range of the midstream business. His key values are excellence, integrity, people, and safety and these are embedded into his own performance while encouraging team members to do the same.
Passion for people and recognition of the need to develop future leaders has driven Brian to mentor key personnel, moving them into roles with increasing responsibility with great success. Additionally, he has been integral in the development of internal technical training programs.

K. Chase Bailey, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor – UT Southwestern Medical Center

Dr. Bailey works as a clinical neuropsychologist where he utilizes cognitive testing data to assist with diagnosing a variety of neurological conditions. His current clinical and research interests include extending the scope of neuropsychological practice through normative data collection in the Latino/Hispanic population, performance validity assessment, and cross-disciplinary (e.g. neuropsychology and neuroradiology) integration to improve the accuracy of localizing lesions and lateralizing language functioning in patients with epilepsy. His clinical/research experience focusing on the brain-behavior relationship partnered with a strong desire to assist with robust and meaningful data collection as it translates to practice is leveraged in his role as learner expert. He guides the advisory board in developing an agile and individualized paradigm with an ability to provide data to participants and companies to improve the quality/effectiveness of training.

Leslie J. Wylie – Novellus Board Member
Senior Vice President – Sellers Energy, LLC

As a result of her 45 year career in the oil and gas industry, Leslie has extensive experience in the legal areas of the exploration, production, pipeline, distribution, marketing and trading areas handling mainly contractual, regulatory and general corporate business matters, as well as, the acquisition and divestiture of assets and complex transactions. Ms. Wylie has held legal, land and marketing managerial and/or officer positions with numerous oil and gas independents and midstream companies. She has been involved in the acquisition and/or divestiture of nearly two billion dollars of assets and has worked on several international projects for her employers. As an attorney and leader, she has been a valuable contributor to the multiple management teams on which she has served over the years. Leslie is licensed by the State Bars of Oklahoma and Texas, is a Certified Professional Landman, holds a B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She has also been a speaker at several legal institutes and has served as an expert witness in oil and gas management matters. She is a member of various legal and land industry associations.
