Once training is complete, simply follow our streamlined process to schedule return shipping.
Purchase – Purchase all needed hardware from Novellus
All equipment meets required specifications.
Ongoing hardware support (including remote trouble shooting support, updates, etc.) is available through Novellus, or you may handle it on your own.
