Sean Atkins (President & Chief Executive Officer)

Sean Atkins is a performance based technical leader with over 25 years in the oil and gas industry.  Sean previously served as Vice President responsible for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Transportation (DOT), Asset Integrity (AIMS), training & safety culture development, and other compliance management support systems for EnLink Midstream. Sean has been successful in solving complex technical issues through the development of innovative systems and strategies in order to drive the desired outcomes. Throughout his career, he has led many organizations in compliance leadership and organizational development, culture development, regulatory training, integration of management information systems and processes, enforcement settlements, compliance and technical skills development, incident investigation management, auditing, and risk management.

Ken Bailey (Chief Operating Officer)

Ken Bailey excels in transforming vision into reality through effective strategy development and execution. He began his career with Enterprise, and played a vital role in the company’s meteoric rise to become one of the largest and most respected privately held companies in the world. His entrepreneurial spirit is further evident in his most recent COO roles in other industries, all with the common thread of delivering exceptional value through world class teams. Ken’s passion for building organizations is infectious, and is underpinned by his effective communication of plans grounded in sound financial information. His extensive operations expertise, combined with deep insights into successful business development reinforced through strong internal support teams exemplifies his collaborative leadership style and commitment to organizational success.

Jay Orler (Chief Technology Officer)

Jay Orler is a technology leader specializing in cloud infrastructure and security with over 20 years of industry experience.  Prior to joining The Novellus Group, he was a founding member of Lightbeam Health Solutions, where he built a cloud infrastructure to host and secure over 25 million patient records in Lightbeam’s population health management platform.  During his time at Lightbeam, Jay also served as the leader of the security and compliance program that ensured all state and government regulations were followed. He also worked with multiple 3rd  parties on various compliance audits and certifications.  Jay previously spent time at Check Point Software Technologies, one of the leading firewall software firms, where he led teams in the development of software, infrastructure and security-based projects.  Jay holds both an undergraduate degree and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  Jay’s blend of technical knowledge and strong understanding of business operations and strategy have allowed him to successfully implement and grow technology in every position he has held.
